Our Story

Diane and Greg Knight knew they wanted to create something to share their love for food and their passion for autism inclusivity. Their son Jack was diagnosed with Autism when he was 3 years old and as he got older, their dream for Dig grew even bigger.

They wanted to give their customers comfort in a jar and provide a space where people of all abilities will be celebrated for their contribution and be taught life skills in the process, so Jack could have a place of employment and feel empowered. After years of creating cheesecakes for their children (Jack, Courtney, Whitney, Haley) and friends, Courtney suggested they figure out a way to share their creations with everyone. They worked diligently to find the best combinations, ingredients, and tools to bring a little heaven in a jar to anyone and everyone who wants it. And we know you’ll want it. Dig in!
